1. WAG MONG ISIPIN ANG MASASAYANG NAKARAAN NINYO:
wag na wag mong iisipin ang masasayang pinagdaan ninyo.... dahil kung ginawa mo yan mas lalo mo lang iisipin ang masakit na katotohanan na wala na sxa sayo....
2. WAG MO NA SIYANG ISIPIN:
wag mo nang ilagay jan sa kukote mo ang pangalan niya o mukha niyao anumang bagay-bagay na konektado sa kanya dahil nagpapasakit lng ito ng damdamin mo....
3. IBAHIN MO ANG IYONG CENTER OF ATTRACTION:
isipin mo ang ibang mga bagay-bagay sa palibot mo... ibahin mo ang palagi mong iniisip.... pwede na magpaka adik ka sa DOTA o maglaro ka ng basketbol o ibang sports... o ilaan mo ang iyong oras sa pagiisip sa kanya sa mga gawain mo sa skul... xure ako makaka honor kapa....
4. ISIPN MO ANG NEGATIVE SIDE NIYA:
alam ko na hindi mo pa na isip ang negative side niya... kaya ngayon ang tamang oras.... isipin mo ang lamat na pangit sa kanya o mga pagkakamali niya..... at wag na wag mong sasabihin na wala sxa ng mga noon dahil walang perpekto na tao sa mundo.... so never na mag kakaroon ng taong wlang negative side.....
5. PALITAN MO SIYA:
ito matindi.... palitan mo siya ng ibang babae..... sa karamirami ng babae sa buong mundo bakit jan mo pa ilalaan ang buhay mo sa isang mapanghusga at nagpapahintay na babae....marami pang iba jan.... kung sinasabi mo na walang ibang nagmamahal sau.... nagkakamali ka..... meron.... indi mo lng alam..... at kung sinsbi mo na hindi ka na makakakita ng babaeng kagaya niya..... sa wakas may tama na jan sa iniisip mo.... wla ka nang ibang makikita nakagawa niya dahil isa lng sxa.... pero makakakita ka ng mas higit pa sa kanya....at kung naging kau na..... mahalin mo saya ng buong puso... at wag na wag mo sxang pababayaan.....
oh ayan na.... yan na ang 5 easy steps na sundin ninyo pag broken hearted kau..... wag kau mag alala dahil base on my own experience yan... so kung feel ninyo na mag react sa post kong ito... feel free na mag comment....
